The BARRACUDAS were the British South Africa Police’s Rock and Roll band which, during its time, featured – at various times – musicians such as Peter LANE on guitar, “Rollo” STARLING on drums, Taffy WHITE on bass and Bruce VIVIEN on drums. Taffy and Bruce were both members of squad 5/60. The highly respected band were frequently booked for functions at venues such as the Police Club and Cranborne.
