Although the band were never based in Rhodesia, most of its members were Rhodesians who had made the way to Germany to pursue professional careers in music. The non-Rhodesians were Australian, Dave Gibbons, and German, Peter Hinners, who was recruited when Ernie Mindry decided against joining the group.
The band played mainly in NCO clubs on United States NATO bases in Germany. After the death of Peter Hinners, Rob Milne returned to Rhodesia.
